The Festival Press Lineup
Every station is an act on the bill. You pick which ones play your festival; we schedule the crew, blanks, and art around your run-of-show.
A festival is a throughput problem with a vibe attached. Merch Troop plans the press area like a lineup — every station is an act, every act has a set time, and the whole thing is scheduled around when your gates spike. Here is the full menu we press from on a festival footprint.
Live DTF festival tees
This is the headliner. Direct-to-film transfers carry your poster art in full photographic color, then get pressed onto a soft blank in one pass. It handles gradients, halftones, and tiny type that screen printing struggles with, and it washes like a shirt you actually keep. On a Bella+Canvas 3001 it reads like retail; on a Gildan 5000 it survives a summer of laundry. A single press turns a finished shirt in under two minutes, so a bank of stations can feed a serious gate.
Live screen printing
Nothing beats the theater of a manual press pulling a print in front of a crowd. For a single strong festival mark in one or two colors, screen printing is fast, cheap per piece at volume, and unforgettable to watch. We stage the screens before doors and pull to order so guests see their shirt made.
Hat bar and patches
Not everyone wants a fourth festival tee. A hat bar — Richardson 112 truckers and Flexfit blanks with peel-and-press patches — gives them a different keepsake and gives you a second revenue line. Festival logo front and center, stage or city name on the side panel.
Totes, stickers, and add-ons
Canvas totes and UV DTF stickers keep the line moving for repeat guests and round out a merch tent. Stickers press onto bottles, laptops, and coolers, so the festival travels home with them.
Sponsor and artist drops
Want a limited colorway that only presses during the headliner set, or a sponsor-branded piece tied to an activation? We run timed drops and track exactly what moved, so your sponsor gets a real number and your crowd gets a bragging-rights shirt.
