Festival tee printing is quote-based because no two festivals share a footprint, a gate curve, or a run-of-show. What we can tell you up front is exactly what moves the number, and what a typical festival package looks like.

On-site crew$250/hrPer operator, billed across the run-of-show including load-in and teardown. More stations and longer gates mean more crew.
Travel beyond OC / LA / SD$900Flat travel fee for festivals outside our core Southern California radius; local dates carry no travel fee. Vegas and out-of-state are quoted with logistics.

What shapes a festival quote

Run-of-show hours

A single-day street fair prices differently than a three-day music festival with a load-in the night before. Tell us gates-open to gates-close plus your setup window.

Stations and crowd

The station count is set by your peak, not your total. A festival that dumps 2,000 people at one headliner needs more presses than a steady 5,000 over eight hours.

Blanks and quantity

Shirt brand, colors, and size curve all matter. We source Bella+Canvas or Gildan at volume, or press onto tees you already have.

Artwork prep

A ready poster file presses immediately; a rough logo needs a prep pass. We handle both — it just changes lead time.

Travel and power

Local is simplest. Nationwide festivals add travel, lodging, and sometimes a generator if the site has no power drop.
