Tonight's set list

Five Stations on the Festival Bill

Think of the press area as a stage lineup. You pick which acts play your festival, and we schedule the crew, the blanks, and the art around your run-of-show.

  1. 01

    Live DTF Tees

Full-color festival shirts pressed from your poster art onto Bella+Canvas 3001 or Gildan blanks. Photographic detail, washes like a keeper, done in under two minutes a piece.

    Main Stage
  2. 02

    Live Screen Printing

One- and two-color lineup prints pulled on the spot. Guests watch the squeegee, smell the ink, and walk off wearing a piece they saw made.

    The Pit
  3. 03

    Hat Bar & Patches

Richardson 112 trucker caps and Flexfit blanks with peel-and-press patches. Festival logo on the front, city or stage name on the side.

    Side Stage
  4. 04

    Totes & Merch Add-Ons

Canvas totes, bandanas, and UV DTF stickers for the crowd that already has ten festival shirts. Keeps your line moving and your merch tent stocked.

    Bazaar
  5. 05

    Sponsor & Artist Drops

Timed merch drops for a headliner set or a sponsor moment — a limited colorway pressed only during that window, tracked so you know exactly what moved.

Scan the flow

Pick a Design. Watch It Press. Wear It Out.

Pick from the menu

Guests choose a shirt color, size, and design off a clean board. A festival-branded set of art plus a couple of stage or city options keeps decisions fast.

Queue and press

Operators load the blank, align the transfer or screen, and press. The heat and timing are dialed in before doors ever open, so the line reads as fast, not fussy.

Cool the rack

Fresh prints hit a cool rack for a beat so nobody grabs a warm platen. It also makes a great photo moment while they wait.

Hand it off

Each piece is checked and handed back by name or number. No pileups, no mix-ups — guests leave wearing your festival, not carrying a bag.

Festival Tee Printing Questions

How fast can you print at a festival?

With DTF, a single press runs a finished shirt in well under two minutes, and we bring enough stations to match your gate. The real throughput number depends on how many designs, sizes, and colors you offer — a tighter menu keeps the line moving during a headliner set.

Do you supply the shirts or do we?

Either way. Most festivals have us source blanks — Bella+Canvas 3001 for a soft retail feel, Gildan when the crowd count is huge and the budget is tight. If you already have a run of festival tees, we press onto those.

What do you need on site?

A 10x10 to 10x20 footprint per station, level ground or flooring, and standard power (we can run off a quiet generator if the site has none). Tell us the load-in window and we build the setup plan around it.
