What Does Festival T-Shirt Printing Cost?

Quote-based, but predictable. Here's what drives the number and what a package includes.

There's no single sticker price for festival tee printing because no two festivals share a footprint, a gate curve, or a run-of-show. But the inputs are consistent, so you can estimate quickly.

The anchors

A staffed press line for a local Southern California festival day starts around $5,000. That covers a station, crew, equipment, setup, and teardown. On-site crew runs $250 per hour per operator, billed across your run-of-show including load-in and teardown. Travel beyond Orange County, LA, and San Diego adds a flat $900; local festivals carry no travel fee, and Vegas or out-of-state dates are quoted with logistics.

What sits on top

Blanks are quoted by brand and quantity — Bella+Canvas 3001 for a retail feel, Gildan when the count is high. Artwork prep is included when you send a ready file and quoted as a small pass when the logo needs cleanup. Additional stations, a hat bar, or a longer multi-day gate scale the crew accordingly.

How to get an accurate number fast

Send the festival dates, gates-open to gates-close, expected peak crowd, city, and whether you want us to source blanks. That's enough for a real quote — not a range, a number.
